• Our MBS are carried out using Total Stations, Sanners, Electronic Distomat, and Tapes.

• We can supply 2D internal floor plans as well as detailed elevations and detailed roof plans.

• Our laser scanning capabilities allow us to survey complexed building internals and external fascias ideal for listed remedial works and removal  and renovation projects. All with 3D point clouds.

• The MBS will be supplied as AutoCAD multi-layered.dwg and PDF locked print files. It can also be supplied as a paper hard copy.

• Where possible and within CAA regulations we will also supply HR aerial imagery of sites, buildings and roofs.*

* N.B. It is essential that all permissions are obtained from all relevant parties, land owners, events organisers, and properties and that all flight  conditions meet the required CAA requirements for safe flight. It will not always be possible to use Drones / Aircraft in a required location. All drone and aerial flights are carried out under PfCO regulations and AOC registered aircraft.
