Boundary Demarcation and Division of Land

We can provide accurate detail surveys of property boundaries and existing features. All tied into GPS and on Ordnance Survey grid so we can make direct comparisons with Land Registry mapping.

 

We can analyse our captured data against Land Registry filed plans and deed plans to provide our Client’s with our opinion on the correct legal boundaries*.

 

We can set out boundaries that are ambiguous or newly created from the division of land and garden sales.

 

In addition we can underlay very high resolution scaled aerial imagery so boundaries  on the ground can be easily identified.

 

Land Registry Filed Plan

 

We regularly produce plans for submission to the Land Registry; from the sub-division of existing titles to the registration of the first title, we provide our client’s with the plan they require.

 

Conveyance

 

We also produce boundary surveys for the conveyance of property detailing existing features.
