• Drone Surveys are a very cost-effective survey alternative compared to traditional

Topographic work when at the conceptual stage of a project,extremely quick and extremely

accurate using bespoke software.

• We have an array of GPS RTK linked aerial equipment that allow us to LiDAR scan from heavy lift drones, or we can use full frame  48MP or 4K cameras to produce Photogrammetry from either drones or aircraft, we then process the imagery using bespoke surveying software enabling cm accurate precision all related to OS grid and level value. This technology also enables full 3D models to be created that can be exported into  AutoCAD. (Full 3D AutoCAD required, not AutoCAD LT) enabling designers to produce  full 3D rendered  models of sites and buildings.

• This type of survey enables the Architect, Developer, Client and Planning Authority to not only see the detail as a full Topographic Survey,  but also as a full integrated scaled colour image.

• Full 3D DTM data can be placed onto these high resolution photographs.
